This 3-day takes you to Lake Mburo National Park that offers a quick experience escape into one of Uganda’s most peaceful savannah parks. Lake Mburo is well known for its large herds of zebras, impalas, elands, buffaloes and other savannah wildlife, as well as its beautiful lake and rich birdlife. This safari combines game drives, a boat cruise on Lake Mburo and a guided nature experience, giving you different ways to explore the park and enjoy Uganda’s peaceful countryside.

Day Day 1 - Transfer from Kampala to Lake Mburo National Park
You will depart from Kampala in the morning and drive towards western Uganda, with a stop at the Equator for photographs and a short experience. Continue to Lake Mburo National Park and check in at your lodge.

Day Day 2 - Morning game drive and afternoon boat cruise
Wake up early, have breakfast then head for a morning game drive when wildlife is active. Explore the savannah and woodland areas while searching for zebras, impalas, elands, buffaloes and different bird species. In the afternoon have a boat cruise on Lake Mburo, where you may see hippos, crocodiles and water birds along the shoreline. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day Day 3 - Guided nature walk and Transfer back to Entebbe or Kampala
After breakfast, check out then enjoy a guided nature walk around the park or a short wildlife experience before beginning your journey back to Kampala. The walk offers a closer connection with nature and the opportunity to appreciate the park’s landscapes and smaller wildlife. Arrive in Kampala in the afternoon/evening, marking the end of your safari.
