Your safari begins with an early morning departure from Nairobi, travelling north through the scenic central highlands and fertile farmlands with spectacular views of Mount Kenya on a clear day. After crossing the Equator, continue to Ol Pejeta Conservancy and enjoy an en-route game drive as you head to your lodge or tented camp for lunch. In the afternoon, embark on an extensive game drive across the conservancy in search of the Big Five, including elephants, lions, leopards, buffaloes, and the endangered black rhinoceros. You will also have the opportunity to visit the Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary, the only place in Kenya where rescued chimpanzees can be seen. As the sun sets over the conservancy, return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Wake up early for a sunrise game drive when wildlife is most active and the morning light provides excellent photography opportunities. Continue exploring the conservancy in search of rhinos, elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, hyenas, elands, Jackson's hartebeests, and numerous antelope species. Visit the enclosure that protects the world's last two northern white rhinos and learn about the remarkable conservation efforts dedicated to saving this critically endangered species. After breakfast, check out of your lodge and enjoy a final en-route game drive before departing for Nairobi. Arrive in the late afternoon and be dropped off at your hotel, residence, or the airport, marking the end of your memorable Ol Pejeta safari.
