Guests are welcomed in Maun before departing by vehicle toward the Okavango Delta for the start of their safari experience. The scenic drive into the Delta region already offers opportunities to spot wildlife and observe the changing landscapes of Botswana’s wilderness areas.

Upon arrival at the campsite, guests settle in before heading out for an afternoon mokoro excursion through the winding Delta channels. Guided by experienced local polers, the peaceful journey offers excellent opportunities for wildlife viewing and birdwatching, with possible sightings of elephants, red lechwe, hippos, and a variety of aquatic bird species. As the sun begins to set, guests return to camp for dinner and a relaxed evening around the fire.

After an early breakfast, guests spend the day exploring deeper sections of the Okavango Delta by mokoro while navigating narrow channels surrounded by papyrus and open floodplains. During stops along the route, guides lead short walking safaris where guests learn about animal tracks, local plants, and the Delta ecosystem. Wildlife sightings may include giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, elephants, and numerous bird species. After a full day of exploration and nature activities, guests return to camp for dinner and overnight.
