I just wanted you to know everything worked out with Pollmans Tours. They did everything they said they would. Everything was nice, they were always on time and the driver was excellent on the first tour and the accommodations were good. Everything worked out perfectly.

Daniel, the driver on our first safari spotted a leopard. I think we were the only ones to have seen a leopard on this trip. It was my fourth safari trip and it is the first time we have seen a leopard. I highly recommend Pollmans.

I plan to write the people in Nairobi to also let them know how good the guides were and how pleasant they made our stay. They had their hands full with all those delegates, but did it with great ease. The ones we dealt with the most were Daniel and Hassam and Francs. When someone does an excellent job I think they should be recognized.

Dear Mike:
Just a quick note to say we got home safe and sound and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The driver we had was great (Fawhmy), the van was cleaned every day, the hotels were outstanding and the meals were excellent. We were also lucky enough to see lots of wildlife, and also learned a great deal about Kenya, East Africa and the people who live there.

Thank you for all your help. Everything was in place from the time we arrived in Nairobi until we left Mombassa and would highly recommend Pollman's tours to any of my family or friends.

I thought I would let you know we really enjoyed our trip and you are to be complimented on the planning of it. Feel free to give my name as a reference. I was particularly pleased with Pollman's as they were everywhere they were supposed to be and were very helpful. We always felt safe with them as guides and drivers.

I couldn't ask for a better driver, guide or friend that Zack. I certainly recommend doing the safari with a private guide - from Pollman's. I thoroughly enjoyed all the driving and seeing the country. We visited both a Samburu and Massai village which I found very interesting. It was a great trip and I thank you for helping with the planning. I can't wait to go back to Africa.

Hi Mike,
I wanted to write to you and tell you thank you so much for the wonderful vacation you put together for us! We have been blessed to have travelled many places around the world, but Africa is definitely #1 on our list now! Everything far surpassed our expectations... by miles! We had no idea how nice the lodges would be, and the food!!! My goodness, we had planned on losing weight, needless to say, I'm going to the gym to make up for my indulgences!!

We had a wonderful vacation and thanks very much to you who put it all together for us. Everything ran seamlessly, from the pickup in Nairobi to the drop off in Dar. We couldn't have asked for any more. I'm sending some pictures to you so you can see how cool the journey

Just got back from Africa, we took a trip to Uganda after the Pollman Kenya trip. Everything went wonderful with Pollman, accommodations were great as was the driver/guide, Hodge, we saw lots of wild life and are now eagerly waiting for the photos to come back.

Our trip to Kenya and Tanzania was totally fabulous and I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you for all the meticulous arrangements.
I have travelled quite extensively, esp. in So. America, and because of that have a certain expectation that a certain percentage of things go wrong ... I had no idea of what this trip might be like as I don't know too many people who were in Africa, or on Safari, or to East Africa in particular. My only ideas came straight out of the writings of Beryl Markham or Isak Dineson ... quite fictional. Of course, Ann and Alistair had great ideas for the itinerary, but I just couldn't have known in advance what a jewel of a trip it was going to be or how much Africa would get under my skin. We did such a great blend of things, and our drivers were superb ... very interesting and very knowledgeable.
The only bad moment was the interminable trip home (which I minded more than the trip over ... even though they were similar). Anyway, thanx again for your part in making this very memorable ... and if you're ever out our way, please come visit my goat ranch.

Dear Mike,
Just a quick e-mail to thank you for arranging another fabulous holiday for us.

We were very lucky with our timings, as the grass was still green around the Seronera Valley all the Wildebeest, Zebra etc. hadn't yet moved. All in all it was probably our best holiday yet, even saw a very unperturbed Caracal lazing by the side of the road.

I'd also like to pass on our thanks for arranging for Seif to be our guide. Seif is very personable, reliable,very keen for us to see new interesting things and probably best of all, is obviously passionate about the wildlife and environment himself.

We thought you would also like to know that the Holiday Inn in Dar was absolutely fine. It reminded me of the hotels BT put me up in - very corporate, very clean, but perfect for that pre flight sleep!

Gibbs Farm was beautiful (rooms a bit umm basic?) and the food excellent. The walk was shorter than expected, but this may have been a good thing as we were both pretty tired! The Serengeti Serena was better than ever, perhaps we were biased as they made a big fuss over us as we had been there a couple of times before.

Once again thanks very much for organising this for us. I think we are going to wait a year before going again, but then I keep saying that.

Hello Mike,
Well, I must say, Tanzania was a wonderful experience for both my husband and me. Our guides, both on the mountain and on safari were outstanding. If there is anyway you can get Seiff (who was our guide) as the guide for the Bullings, I think he would be brilliant. I think his full name is Mr. O.H. Seiff. The outfit to whom you contracted the climb was also outstanding. Jimmy and I both made it to the summit. We both agree that it was the most physically and mentally challenging effort of our lives. And it was wonderful to make the summit. Livingston, the head guide, and Dawson, the assistant guide were helpful, encouraging and an integral part of our success. The entire team of porters were also hard working, very courteous and pleasant to be around.

The itinerary was great. We saw lots of beautiful animals and scenery. We sighted 3 black rhinos in Ngorongoro! We also saw some new animals that we had never seen. It was a great trip. I am quite happy to refer Ranger Safaris, and yourself to any of my friends considering a trip to East Africa.
